I've been rewriting the code running what will soon become my main blog / website, and as part of that I've been reading back the history on other places I've written stuff so that I can copy to the new place anything appropriate. My beautiful car (as icon) is 'uneconomic' to bring back to roadworthyness compared to its sale value* even though it hasn't reached 80,000 miles yet, so I've decided to forgo whatever I could manage to get for it and donate it to the county's Fire and Rescue service to practice on.

Actually, I've never been to a bandcamp (though I have friends who like the onoline service of that name) but I have been thinking lately about putting things (like thoughts) down somewhere more frequently.

Life for me seems to be pretty much 'on hold', though how much of that is down to the time of year (weather) [cold] [dark] [dismal] or medical issues (shoulder) (other joints) [hurting] [pain] I'm not sure.
